About these terms

Sacramento Tours operates a booking marketplace. Experiences are delivered by independent local operators, and by booking you also accept the operator's own safety rules and participation requirements.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a booking ID and voucher. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes and service fees at checkout.

Participation requirements

Age, weight, health and mobility requirements are listed on each experience page. Travelers who do not meet them may be refused participation without refund, so please read them before booking.

Alcohol-related experiences require valid photo ID showing you are 21 or over.

Liability

Adventure activities carry inherent risk. Operators maintain their own insurance and safety certifications. Sacramento Tours is not liable for loss or injury arising from participation, to the extent permitted by California law.
