Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation window

Most Sacramento Tours experiences can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

Whitewater rafting and the beer bike require 48 hours' notice because seats and equipment are reserved in advance.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations inside the free window and no-shows are non-refundable. You may transfer your booking to another traveler at no cost by contacting support before the start time.

Operator cancellations and weather

Tours run rain or shine. If an operator cancels for unsafe conditions or insufficient bookings, you can rebook for any available date at no cost or take a full refund.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five business days, depending on your bank.
